How are the bedrooms and bathrooms arranged?
There are four bedrooms: the main-level Primary Suite has one king bed; upstairs, Bourbon Sunset has two king beds, and Derby Dawn and Bluegrass each have one king bed. The separate upstairs Speakeasy Lounge has a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress. Together, they sleep up to 12 guests. There are 3½ bathrooms: a private full bathroom in the main-level Primary Suite, two full bathrooms upstairs (one serving each wing), and a half bath near the main entrance.
Is the pool open year-round?
Yes—the 38-foot saltwater pool is open year-round, weather and operating conditions permitting. Pool heating is optional and costs extra. The covered six-person hot tub is also available year-round, weather permitting.
Does it cost extra to heat the pool?
Yes. Due to high utility costs, optional pool heating costs $70 per night for every night of your stay. Please request it as early as possible after booking so we can prepare the pool before you arrive. Heating is available when weather and operating conditions allow. If weather or equipment conditions prevent us from safely providing pool heat, the pool-heating charges will be refunded.
Can we bring our dogs?
Up to two dogs are welcome for $100 per dog. We prefer dogs under 50 pounds; larger dogs may be considered case by case—please ask before booking. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, cannot be left unattended in the home, and are not allowed in the pool or pool area. We provide bowls, treats, a pet bed, and furniture blankets. A pet agreement is required.
What is provided for children and family meals?
You’ll find a Pack ’n Play, high chair, booster seat, children’s dinnerware, toys, and games. The kitchen has double ovens, a six-burner gas range, generous cookware, and a coffee bar. Two full-size refrigerators and indoor and outdoor dining for 12 make group meals easier. Please check with us about any specific supplies you need.
What should we know before booking?
No parties or large events; quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Check-in begins at 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM. A signed rental agreement is required. Exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, driveway, and pool area; there are no interior cameras. Review the cancellation terms shown for your reservation before booking.
